Editify Design operates this store and sells exclusively digital products, which are delivered electronically via download after payment confirmation. We do not ship physical products.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once payment is confirmed and access to or download of the digital product is granted, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incompatibility with software, platforms, or devices

  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product

We strongly recommend that customers carefully review the product description before completing their purchase.

Access and technical support

If the customer experiences any technical issues related to accessing or downloading the purchased product, they should contact us so we can provide the necessary support. Providing technical support does not constitute eligibility for a refund.

Duplicate purchases

In confirmed cases of duplicate purchases of the same product, the customer may contact us within 7 (seven) calendar days from the purchase date for review. At the company’s discretion, a replacement with another digital product of equivalent value may be offered.
